Meal Calorie Calculator
Meal Calorie Calculator
Add up calories and macros, food by food.
How it works
Use nutrition-label information to add up a meal. You provide the food names and nutrient values; no food database is assumed.
Using this calculator
For each food, enter the number of label servings eaten and the calories, protein, carbohydrate and fat in one serving. For a label per 100 g, eating 150 g means 1.5 servings.
What to keep in mind
Check whether the label describes raw, cooked or drained food. Add oils, sauces and drinks separately. Missing values must be filled; zero is accepted for a nutrient that is absent.

Are my entries saved?
No. Calculator inputs remain in the current page and are cleared when you reload or leave. The tools do not upload your entries.
Why are results rounded?
The display is rounded for readability. Calculations use unrounded intermediate values. An estimate should not be interpreted as an exact measurement.
